It is fixed. Before work starts you get a written proposal with exact scope and price. That price does not change unless you decide to add something outside the agreed scope, in which case it is priced from the published add-on list.
Some studios in Armenia do publish prices — but almost always as a "starting from", a number that only moves up. We publish the total. A hidden or partial price wastes both sides' time: if our price is outside your budget, better to know now than after three meetings.
Because they are different products. The median developer rate in Armenia is about 14,000 ֏ an hour, so 70,000 AMD buys roughly five hours. That is enough to install a ready-made template and put your logo on it. It is real work by a real person, and for some businesses it is genuinely the right purchase — no sarcasm intended. What it does not include: three languages, structured data, an SEO foundation, a content management system, and someone to call in six months. If your site's job is to exist, 70,000 is enough. If its job is to bring customers from Google, it is not.

You see the design before any code is written. Two rounds of revisions are included, one at the design stage and one at build. Nothing proceeds until the design is approved.

We do not cut the price — that would be unfair to everyone who paid the published one. But you can lower it by lowering the scope: fewer pages, two languages instead of three, or no monthly care plan if you would rather maintain the site yourself. Tell us your budget and we will tell you honestly what fits inside it.
No. You can take the site and maintain it yourself. But the plans include hosting, security updates and backups, which usually costs less than arranging each separately.
