Frequently asked questions
Is the price really fixed, or can it change?
It is fixed. Before work starts you get a written proposal with exact scope and one final figure. That figure goes into the contract and does not change unless you decide to add something outside the agreed scope — and then we quote the addition in writing first.
Why don’t you publish a price list?
Because no two businesses need the same site — one needs five pages, another twelve and a booking form. A general price list would be either a "starting from" that grows later or a padded price "just in case". Instead, send us your Instagram page and within 48 hours you get a free mockup of your site and your final price. That figure is given once, written into the contract and never changes. If it is outside your budget, you owe nothing.
I saw a website for 70,000 AMD on list.am. Why does yours cost more?
Because they are different products. The median developer rate in Armenia is about 14,000 ֏ an hour, so 70,000 AMD buys roughly five hours. That is enough to install a ready-made template and put your logo on it. It is real work by a real person, and for some businesses it is genuinely the right purchase — no sarcasm intended. What it does not include: three languages, structured data, an SEO foundation, a content management system, and someone to call in six months. If your site's job is to exist, 70,000 is enough. If its job is to bring customers from Google, it is not.
Are three languages really included?
Yes. Armenian, English and Russian in every site, with no surcharge. A fourth language can be added; its price is included in your proposal.
What if I do not like the design?
You see the design before any code is written. Two rounds of revisions are included, one at the design stage and one at build. Nothing proceeds until the design is approved.
How does payment work?
Two options. Either 50% to start and 50% at launch, or 4 equal monthly payments at no extra cost. Payment by bank transfer in Armenian dram. You own every right to the finished site.
Can I get a discount?
We do not cut the price of the same work — that would be unfair to every other client. But you can lower it by lowering the scope: fewer pages, two languages instead of three, or no monthly care plan if you would rather maintain the site yourself. Tell us your budget and we will tell you honestly what fits inside it.
Is a monthly care plan required?
No. You can take the site and maintain it yourself. But the plans include hosting, security updates and backups, which usually costs less than arranging each separately.
Do you build online stores?
No. We do not do e-commerce. Instead we build booking systems for restaurants, clinics, salons and guesthouses.
